Enrolment Information


For students wishing to enrol in Kindergarten - Year 6, the Official Enrolment Period is the first three weeks of May each year.  Late applications may be accepted after this date. Completed enrolment forms may be returned via post or in person to Lowe Street or MacQuoid Street office. A copy of the following documentation is required with enrolment form: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, current immunisation details and a copy of the last school report (if transferring from another school). For all enrolment enquiries please contact Jane King by phone on (02) 6297 2221 or by email office.stgregs@cg.catholic.edu.au

School Fees 2018

School fee accounts are posted to families at the beginning of each term.

  • SCHOOL TUITION FEES $293.00 per family per term
  • RUNNING COSTS $200.00 per family per term
  • CAPITAL WORKS LEVY $50.00 per family per term
  • I.T. LEVY $65.00 per family per term
  • SCHOOL COUNCIL LEVY $27.00 per family per term
  • EXCURSION LEVY $25.00 per student per term
  • RESOURCE LEVY $110.00 per student per year (Discount of 10% for 3rd sibling, 4th sibling, etc)
  • YEAR BOOK $25.00 per family per year
  • CHROMEBOOK $15.00 per Year 4 - 6 student per term

Swimming Lessons Students in Kinder to Year 4 attend swimming.

This cost will be added to the term fees when the child attends.

Camp Fees - Years 4, 5 & 6 students attend camp each year.

This cost will be added to the term fees when the child attends. 


Methods of Payment:

* Qkr! Download Qkr! from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

* Direct Debit (weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis)
* A regular arrangement from a credit card
* BPay
* Paying in person with cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card
* Filling out the relevant section on the Fees Statement and posting to St Gregory's or return via student
