Student Action Teams

Once the Student Representative Council is formed, those involved are encouraged to form Student Action Teams that will work on student-led projects. The Studen Action Teams identify areas of need in the school and work towards troubleshooting classroom and playground issues and striving for school improvement. These Student Action Teams essentially work like a government ministry. The Student Action Teams have a narrow focus with SMART goals which lead their action research. Student Action Teams report back to the SRC on the development of their ideas and strategies.  All students can participate in these leadership opportunities- which usually occur during lunch breaks.
